The saying goes “Too many cooks spoil the broth”, but in our experience, more cooks bring out even better flavors.

Saus.Guru offers a wide range of which a few have been created in collaboration with Michelin Star Chefs from the Netherlands. Famous head chefs like Menno Post or Chef Diego sat down with us to create condiments that bring the quality and prestige of the haute cuisine into everyone’s kitchen.

Complex flavors and a diverse taste pattern shouldn’t be reserved for the fine kitchens of Paris, Rome, Amsterdam or New York, but be accessible to everyone. We are looking to expand our selection of sauces and aim to bring you even more interesting condiments with flavors from all 4 corners of the world.

We only use high-quality ingredients for all sauces and products. We want to make high-class cooking more readily accessible and we don’t believe that that is possible when compromising on quality. In the end, a final product is only as good as its components.

Everyone working at Saus.Guru is a professional chef. We started Saus.Guru out of a passion for cooking and good food. Sometimes the colors of our sauces could pop more or they could last longer, but we are not food engineers. We make products that taste good, not look good.

Together with Dutch Master Chef Menno Post we have created a sauce using Sea Buckthorn juice, Timur pepper from Nepal and a signature blend of herbs and spices.

The slightly different Wasabi Sauce

This 4-hands resulted in the development of a sauce containing one of Schilo’s most favorite ingredients: WASABI. A Teriyaki like sauce with that distinctive ‘punchy’ end-note.
