Pulled Pork Burger

Ingredients

1 kg of pork shoulder
Toasted brioche bun
100 ml of water
Hot Sauce Deathwish
For the rub:
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of granulated garlic
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of paprika powder
For the coleslaw:
100 gr of cabbage, thinly sliced
50 gr of carrots, thinly sliced
½ tsp of salt
½ tbsp of oil
½ tbsp of parsley
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
½ tbsp of wholegrain mustard

Instructions

  • Mix the rub ingredients together and season the pork shoulder all over
  • Place in a baking tray and pour in 100 ml of water
  • Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 4 hours, at 180C
  • Take it out the pull apart with a fork
  • Mix the coleslaw ingredients together
  • Assemble your burger and drizzle with Hot Sauce Deathwish
