Caribbean style tacos

Ingredients

1 can of jackfruit
1 tbsp of oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ tsp of paprika
½ tsp of oregano
Taco shells
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Corn
Red onions
Jamaican Jive hot sauce

Used utensils:
Pan
Knife and cutting board
Can opener

Instructions

Preheat the oven as described on the taco packaging
Put the tacos in the oven for as long as described on the package
To a hot pan add oil and start by frying the jackfruit
Season the jackfruit with salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika, fry for 10 minutes
Peel the avocado and onions, drain the corn, cut the avocado coarsely, the onions in half rings and the tomatoes in half
Assemble the tacos with the avocado, cherry tomatoes, corn, red onions
Drizzle the Jamaican Jive hot sauce on top
