Beef Noodles 

Ingredients

400 gr of beef chunks
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp of Black Gold Hot Sauce
300 ml of beef stock
250 gr of cooked egg noodles
Serve with:
More sauce
Spring onions
Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Add beef chunks to a baking tray
  • Season with salt, black pepper, black gold hot sauce and add in beef stock
  • Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 4 hours, at 180°C
  • Pull the beef apart with two forks
  • Add cooked noodles to a bowl, mix in the pulled beef and some extra sauce
  • Mix nicely and serve
  • Top with spring onions and sesame seeds
