The Ultra Hot sauce is one level higher on the heat ladder compared to the Original and Mexican Habanero Fever in Saus.Guru’s Skull Hot Sauce Collection. It is inspired by the rich flavors of Indonesian cuisine, with a generous amount of fragrant peppers and a balanced flavor profile of typical herbs and spices from the region, such as Ketoembar and Sereh. Along with the special pepper blend, fresh and sweet notes, and umami-rich savory taste, the Ultra Hot sauce is versatile and can be used in a wide range of dishes. Add some heat to your favorite stir-fries, rice, or noodle dishes. Use it to pimp your favorite pizzas, burgers, and hotdogs, drizzle over loaded fries, or use it as a dip for your favorite snacks such as (chicken) satay, crispy snack vegetables, empanadas, nachos, or Brabant sausage rolls.

Trivia for Hot Sauce Lovers

All of Saus.Guru’s Hot Sauces are small artisanal productions. The special pepper blend used consists of Dutch-grown (seedling) peppers. These are handpicked and carefully selected for quality.

After the peppers have been approved by quality control, they are evaluated for flavor, aroma, and heat value. They are then mixed in the most ideal proportions to create the perfect aromatic blend. The blend contains Scorpion peppers, Habaneros, Jolokia’s, and Carolina Reaper peppers, among others. Just before production, the fruits are individually destemmed and cleaned, then blended and lightly pickled, aged, and frozen to stop the ripening process.
This ensures that our production always has the desired quality, even in winter.
