Thanks to a balanced composition of herbs, spices, and fruit fragments, Saus.Guru’s Raspberry Rub is a perfect match for pork, poultry, lamb, beef, and a wide range of vegetables. But also think of savory pastry applications and pre-desserts. Tip: Cook more often with interesting vegetables for a beautiful diversity of dishes. Think of a wide range of (slow or quick) roasted vegetables, such as celeriac, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onions, regular and sweet potatoes, (pointed) cabbage, and many more.

Use the rub only in Low & Slow (BBQ) or other preparations with mild heat. Quick and too high temperatures can easily burn the fruit pieces. Use Raspberry Chipotle sauce as a sticky base so that the rub particles can stick well to the product.
