A spicy and ready-to-use version of a classic “Bumbu”, which originally means a somewhat thick herb and spice paste. Saus.Guru’s Bumbu Bali is therefore ready to use and does not need to be diluted. But be careful, there is a reason why HOT is on the label 🙂 The flavors in this sauce reflect the Indonesian cuisine, but with a real Saus.Guru twist. A perfect mix of herbs, spices, coconut, and the typical aroma and pleasant spiciness of fresh chili peppers. This sauce is perfect with a wide selection of fried or roasted meats, steamed or stewed fish and (wokked) shellfish such as prawns, but also with crispy vegetables with rice or noodles. Vegetables suddenly become super healthy and extra tasty! The combination with coconut milk is also great. This way, you can have a delicious curry on the table in no time. If you prefer a lunch dish or snacks, think of a delicious Banh Mi (Vietnamese baguette) or your favorite sandwich, hamburgers, hot dogs, or loaded fries. Instructions for use
