The Black Mojo sauce from Saus.Guru may appear to be a deep black sauce at first glance, but appearances are deceiving. The so-called black berries in this sauce actually provide the mojo: the deep red dye in the berry skin is activated during cooking, resulting in a beautiful deep red color. As a fruity counterpart to these flavorful berries, the sauce has a rich palette of flavors thanks to ingredients such as black garlic, vanilla, and coffee, resulting in a magical fusion of aromas and flavors. This sauce adds a stunning color to dishes and provides an extra dimension to low and slow-cooked meats.

Black Mojo is an exquisite sauce that pairs beautifully with beef cuts such as brisket and short ribs, especially when used with Saus.Guru’s matching Beef Bark Dry Rub to create a stunning “bark” (a kind of crust made from roasted dry rub and sauce).
