In search of a fitting name to describe the hottest sauce in the Hot Sauce Collection from Saus.Guru, it was decided to name this sauce accordingly. Saus.Guru’s 142 Nonillion is made with the hottest pepper in our universe: the Carolina Reaper pepper.

Although it is a seriously spicy sauce, it contains not only heat. Just like all other hot sauces from Saus.Guru, this sauce is made with taste as the starting point. Carefully selected composition of premium tandoori herbs & spices provide, in addition to the desired culinary “pain,” also the rich taste of this sauce.

Trivia for Hot Sauce Lovers
All of Saus.Guru’s Hot Sauces are small artisanal productions. The special pepper blend used consists of Dutch-grown (seedling) peppers. These are handpicked and carefully selected for quality.

After the peppers have been approved by quality control, they are evaluated for flavor, aroma, and heat value. They are then mixed in the most ideal proportions to create the perfect aromatic blend. The blend contains Scorpion peppers, Habaneros, Jolokia’s, and Carolina Reaper peppers, among others. Just before production, the fruits are individually destemmed and cleaned, then blended and lightly pickled, aged, and frozen to stop the ripening process.
This ensures that our production always has the desired quality, even in winter.
