Grilling, influenced by my half South American heritage and love for classic American BBQ, has always been a passion of mine. My mission is to ignite the same enthusiasm in others, constantly exploring new things and occasionally experimenting with the outrageous. In addition to my love for BBQ, I am a teacher at a primary school in Bielefeld, a husband, and a father to two wonderful daughters who occasionally join the BBQ fun as BBQsis.
