Spicy Shrimp on the Barbie
Ingredients
500g large prawns
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lime (juice of half, wedges for serving)
2 tbsp Saus.Guru Death Wish – Hot Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh coriander, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lime juice, Death Wish, salt, and pepper.
- Add the prawns to the marinade, tossing to coat well. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the BBQ or grill pan to high heat.
- Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
- Serve garnished with fresh coriander, lime wedges, and extra Death Wish for those who like it hot.
